1) Change management in any project is the approach to drive the adoption and usage of initiatives to ensure the desired behavioural outcomes that would result in delivering expected results and outcomes.
2) All Extra items, deviations, AHR (Abnormally High Rate and ALR (Abnormally Low Rate) items to be dealt with simultaneously. It is better to quarterly close all these issues.
3) Some changes which have to be dealt as soon as possible are the ones that arises due to government mandated requirements, regulatory compliance and security issues.
