1) Constraints and risks are different and require clear differentiation & distinctly different treatment. Both can be different based on the context of the ongoing project and they should be treated differently.

2) A risk can be called an event that may or may not happen, which can have unwanted consequences or losses, whereas constraint is a real-world limit on the possibilities for a project. There is a need to tackle both carefully and strategically.

3) Any possible constraints and risks can delay or derail a project, so these must be taken very seriously while forming the framework for the project.
