The Plus Approach Foundation aims to be the essential resource for the weaker and underserved communities of Uttarakhand state / global human society through development and deployment of programs that enable gainful employment, social empowerment, through education and skill development and behavioral modification entrusting positivism to usher sustainable positive change in their lives.
