Fundamentally, empowerment means that one has the ability to make his / her own decision
and say in the entire decision making situation in and around your home / society. It is a
well-known fact that an empowered woman can bring a huge change in the entire generation
of the family and contribute much more for their families and communities. Modern age
education, access to technologies and financial independence are a few of the important
factors that are enablers to empower women.
As the world is experiencing its fourth Industrial Revolution (also called Industry 4.0 ), it has
brought up an incredible opportunity to reach millions of women from various backgrounds
and enormous skill set to showcase their skills and give a fair opportunity to play equal role
in each and every facet of life. This workshop cum workshop aims at unbundling the true
potential of women and know their inner strength that plays a vital role in the society.
This workshop aims at rediscovering ‘ SWAYAM’.
Members and volunteers of the foundation has conducted two seminars, which
witnessed participation of about 200 women from across every strata of the society.
These interactive sessions have been able to unwind the inner feelings and the strength
of the participants, thus invigorating a positive mind within. Also, it has unleashed the
potential skills that every women can master in.
This is one of the key focus areas of the foundation and therefore, the members are
working for more frequent sessions.
